Pomegranate is the oldest known edible fruit, it is nowadays broadly consumed throughout the world. Its fruits and seeds, as well as its flowers and leaves, are rich in numerous bioactive compounds. It has been shown that pomegranate and its extracts exhibit potent antioxidative, antimicrobial, and anticarcinogenic properties.

Sunlight: Full sunlight preferred. It requires a sunny to filtered light location in a pot or in the ground.

Water: 3-4 times a week. It requires well-drained soil.

Fertiliser: Recommends slow-release nitrocote or organic lactobacillus Aquis fertilizer.
