Returns & Exchange Policy

  1. While all sales are final – your complete satisfaction is our goal. In case a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item product is delivered to the recipient, please contact us immediately at Tel: +(65) 6760 2064 or Email: [email protected].
  2. Woon Leng Nursery Pte Ltd reserved the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
  3. To be eligible for returns and refunds, you should report your case within 24 hours upon delivery of your order and is subjected to a mandatory review and investigation process by Woon Leng Nursery Pte Ltd.
  4. As all flowers/plants are not always in season, or not in stock, Woon Leng Nursery Pte Ltd reserve the right to substitute with a similar “look” and feel. We will contact you and ensure that the style and colour of your choice is preserved.
  5. The exchange will be subjected to the availability of the product.
  6. In the case of a replacement arrangement being issued, we may request for the original order to be returned, to assess what may have gone wrong. This will be picked up at the same time as the replacement delivery is delivered.
  7. Flowers/plants are living and perishable, our job is to choose the healthiest and best-looking flowers/plants for you. We guarantee that all our flowers/plants are in healthy condition, free from visible pests and disease at the time of sale. Once a flower/plant is delivered to you it is beyond our control, and we cannot be responsible for a flower/plant behaviour.
  8. All flowers/plants go through acclimation period after being. Some lower leaves might turn yellow or brown, flowers/plants might drop some leaves during these periods. Remember, it’s natural for live flowers/plants to show minor signs of stress after transit. You can help your flowers/plants perk up from its journey by gently pruning any foliage damaged during the shipping process, such as bent stems or yellow leaves. Removing damaged foliage gives your flowers/plants back energy for new, healthy growth.
  9. As flowers/plants are perishable item, returns are accepted on a “quality” basis only — issues of “not liking” the arrangement are not grounds for a return.
