Alocasia Melo is a rare plant native to Southeast Asian woods, especially Indonesia, that grows on rocky terrain, unlike other alocasias. This alocasia is called a tiny plant because, while it may grow up to 23 inches in height in nature, it is uncommon as a houseplant and seldom grows taller than 15 inches. Because of its distinctive leaves, Alocasia Melo is also known as Alocasia Rugosa. Its leaves are green, significant, and thick, with a rough texture that gives it the appearance of a synthetic plant. Because alocasias grow in tropical woods under the shadow of taller vegetation, they should not be exposed to direct sunlight.
