The variegation runs in an axial pattern along the length of the leaflets.  This produces stripes of green adjacent to lighter stripes of yellow or cream colors.

Fertiliser: Recommend Gaviota 63 foliar fertilizer and /or lactobacillus Aquis organic fertilizer once a week.
